Revised Poem Due Tomorrow

1. Revise your poem based on the feedback you got today in class and your group's observations of the image you are writing about. You MUST TURN IN A PRINTED COPY TOMORROW THAT INCLUDES THESE REVISIONS! See grading criteria below and on skedula.


2. Presentation schedule for seniors is posted under "texts and links." Please make sure that presentations are no more than 15 minutes and that you have a copies of the poem for all of the students in the class.

Revised Poem Graded as follows:
4.0 - Poem is thoughtfully revised and includes a compelling and complex narrative (characterization, plot, and setting) as well as accurate and interesting sensory imagery that depicts and expands upon the work of art 
3.5 - Poem is thoughtfully revised and includes a complex narrative (characterization, plot and setting) as well as multiple examples of sensory imagery that clearly and accurately describe the work of art.
3.0 - Poem is thoughtfully revised and includes literary elements and multiple examples of sensory imagery that describe the work of art. 
2.5 - Poem is revised and includes some literary elements. May include some sensory imagery, but it does not capture the work of art. 
2.0 - May fulfill minimal requirements, but does not demonstrate revision, imagery, or narrative technique. 
1.5 - The poem was not revised or does not include narrative technique and/or sensory detail. 
1.0 - Incomplete
