Do the Right Thing

Juniors - Choose a scene/image from your book (Make sure it is at least three lines long). Illustrate that scene as vividly as possible and come prepared to share it with the class tomorrow.

Seniors - Four copies of scene two is due tomorrow (raising the stakes and possibly the climax), typed and printed before class. To receive full credit, it must meet the two page minimum. Please do not make it much longer than that. If you do not have your scene in class, the maximum grade you can earn is a 64%. If you did not turn in a scene last week, you can turn in scene one tomorrow, but will only receive credit for one scene. If you have four pages tomorrow, you will receive full credit for this week's scene and 64% for last week's scene. If you were absent today or any days this week, the draft is still due tomorrow unless you have a doctor's note.

AP Language -
1. No homework unless you are behind in They Say, I Say. If you have not been reading, it is apparent in your paper. Please catch up on the reading ASAP. 

2. Bring your most recent History paper assignment to class tomorrow. We will work on how to use They Say, I Say to improve your thesis statements, discussion, and assignments in history.
