Homework and Stations 12/5
Seniors
Objective: Scholars consult secondary sources to improve their analysis. Today we will do topical, biographical and critical research on Sharp Objects, considering how this new information supports, complicates, and refutes our claims.
Agenda:
1.) Ten minutes of quiet reading
2.) Option A: if you are behind in your reading, you may read in the back of the room, collecting evidence as your read to support the most compelling claim presented in class.
Option B: Secondary sources. Similarly to the way we researched Carrie, take time to research topical and biographical sources related to Sharp Objects. As you read these sources, jot down any information that enhances your understanding of the texts and/or challenges, supports, or complicates your interpretation so far.
