Stations: Book Club Work
Homework: Read the first chapter of your book club book, annotating details about the narrator, other characters and the book's setting. Then, answer the following questions in your notebook. Include evidence to support your answers:
- Who is this person and what do you think you know about her/him so far?
- What kind of place is described?
- If you were going to make a soundtrack for the first track, which song would you choose and why?
AP Language and Composition
1. Complete the DIDLS organizer you started in class today. There is a front and a back and to the handout. Make sure to complete both sides.
2. Go to the AP PAGE, NOT THE BLOG on this website: http://soflitandlife.blogspot.com/p/ap-language-and-composition.html and reread the secondary source on the memoir you read over the weekend. Based on your understanding of the source, choose one more passage to discuss in class tomorrow.
