Today you started the short story Natasha, the last story in our unit on morality. Tonight, reread the first half of the story and answer the questions below in your notebook.

Questions:
-Who are these characters? What is unique about each of them?
-What is the setting and how does it impact the characters differently?
-Who has power and what kind of power is it? (Physical/psychological, economic, social etc.)
-If you were to construct a hierarchy of power for the characters in the story so far, what would it look like?
-Is Natasha a victim? Who or what are the perpetrators? Who are the bystanders?
