Seniors -
On Monday we will read a story about a teenage girl who learns about love from the Greek myths. This weekend, write a journal entry in which you reflect on the messages you received about love. Consider what you learned from your parents, from music, from your friends, and from your experiences.
AP Language -
1. Revise your meme, being sure to use the appeals chart, my comments and the list of marker verbs to improve the clarity of your writing and demonstrate your understanding of the rhetorical situation. Final drafts are due on Monday. I now have all handouts linked through the AP tab of this blog.
2. Read "Those Winter Sundays" and "An American Poem." How do these poems present alternatives to the image of the traditional family and the democratic family?
